Delivery to Hong Kong takes 2-4 business days via SF Express. Delivery to Malaysia takes 5-7 business days via DHL or Pos Malaysia.

Customs & Duties

No additional customs fees for Hong Kong. For Malaysia, orders under RM500 are duty-free.

Shipping & Delivery for Hong Kong

Store Pickup: Store pickup orders will be ready for collection within 5 to 7 working days and a notification will be sent. Customers must collect their items within 14 working days; otherwise, the order will be canceled without a refund.

Home Delivery: Deliveries are made between 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days after placing it.

Shipping Rates: Shipping is free of charge with no minimum spend for all standard delivery areas in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport, and Tung Chung in Lantau Island, provided the location is accessible by motor vehicles on paved roads. 

For outlying islands such as Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo, and Lamma Island, delivery is available within 500 meters of the goods unloading point. If an elevator is unavailable, ground floor delivery remains free, while deliveries up to the 8th floor incur a fee of HK$10 per floor, payable to the delivery staff. However, delivery is unavailable to Frontier Closed Areas, certain outlying islands, warehouses, or premises above the 8th floor without an elevator.

Shipping & Delivery for Malaysia
Home Delivery: All orders placed will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. Recipient will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees.
 
International shipping may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, holidays, and any other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that international shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Shipping Rates: West Malaysia – RM15; East Malaysia – RM20
 
Our default delivery partners are DHL or Pos Malaysia. Customers will receive SMS notifications once the order is arranged and should be available to receive calls from our delivery partner.
